Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association

Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) provides recreational soccer for the youth of Perrysburg beginning in preschool and continuing through high school. Over 500 youth in the Perrysburg community play every year.

A major focus of our program is fun for all participants: players, coaches, and parents. PYSA stresses playing more than winning, and all players play at least half of each game. Good sportsmanship from all participants is expected.

We play soccer for the fun of it. Come play with us!

PYSA - Inclement Weather Guidelines

In the event of anticipated inclement weather such as thunderstorms or unseasonably cold temperatures, the PYSA President and Referee Commissioner will confer and determine whether games must be cancelled. If PYSA games are cancelled, we will post a notice on our Facebook page – Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association. In the event of lightening during a game, fields will be cleared for a minimum of 30 minutes. Play may resume once the President and Referee Commissioner have conferred and determined that conditions are safe for play. In the event of lightening during a practice, fields will be cleared for 30 minutes. Coaches may elect to resume practice after 30 minutes if no additional lightening occurs.
