Coach T-Shirt (free)*

All coaches are eligible to receive a complimentary PYSA Coach t-shirt. These remain the same each season with the intent to be used for multiple seasons. They are white shirts with PYSA logo on the front and "Coach" on the back. We hope to see you use this time and time again.

PYSA Equipment

Each team will receive an equipment bag (soccer balls, cones, pinnies, etc.) to use throughout the season. Bag contents vary by league. PreK league coaches have equipment stations that are kept at the fields.
Coaches are responsible to pickup, store/care throughout the season and return. PreK coaches are responsible to set up/take down and monitor equipment during their game period.
Please reach out to PYSA Equipment Coordinator if there are any issues or questions.

I agree to help be responsible for my team's PYSA equipment throughout the season.*

PYSA CODE OF CONDUCT

Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) is a non-profit organization that organizes recreational soccer activities for Perrysburg youth whose primary focus is on learning and fun rather than competition. Youth sports are for children, not adults. With this in mind, PYSA expects all commissioners, coaches, referees, players, parents and spectators to demonstrate sportsmanship and positive behaviors while participating in PYSA activities.

Everyone is expected to adhere to the following code of conduct: - Players will abide by the rules of the game; parents, coaches and others are expected to encourage players to do so. - Verbal or physical abuse or insults of players, coaches, parents, league officials or referees will not be tolerated either at games or at practice. - Everyone involved with PYSA should treat others with respect. - During the game, referees are the final authority. Any concerns should be directed to the Referee Commissioner, rather than addressed directly with the referees during or after the game. - All participants should show a positive attitude towards the game and all of its participants, and applaud all effort in victory and in defeat.

Any violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with immediately by the PYSA Board and may be ground for immediate dismissal from the program.

I have reviewed the PYSA Code of Conduct and agree*
