PHOTO DAYS – Practice Week (Sept 21st-26th)
PYSA is partnered with Todd Brininger at Main Street Photo this season to take photos for all teams and players. Participation is encouraged for team photos. Purchase of any photos is optional. See below for photo location, days/times and order form provided by the photographer.
Photo location is between the Rivercrest playground and Field 5, near the pedestrian path.
The photographer will be on site during the following practice days and times:
Mon, Sept 21st : 5PM – 6:45PM
Tues, Sept 22nd : 4:45PM – 6:45PM
Wed, Sept 23rd : 5PM – 6:45PM
Thurs, Sept 24th : 5PM – 6:45PM
Sat, Sept 26th : 8:30AM – 11:45AM
** Remember to wear Game Day attire **
Coordinate as a team to decide what team photo time will be best while the photographer is on site. If possible, we recommend teams plan for photos prior to the start of practice to still try to get the full use of your practice time.
Individual player photos are most often done immediately before or after the team photo; however, they may be taken at any time while the photographer is on site.
Review Photo Order Form and bring cash/check for a more streamlined photo process. Print and complete the Photo Order Form ahead of time or forms are available day of at photo location.

Tip: Print settings ‘Scale to Fit’ or ‘Fit to Page’ so full form is printed.
PYSA DONATION BIN – Saturday Game Days
PYSA has a donation bin for soccer cleats and related items located at the pavilion doors (near the playground). ‘PYSA Donations’ drop off bin is set out each Saturday of the soccer season during game times. Please consider donating your out-grown and unused items to PYSA.
We are still trying to figure out the best structure for distribution to PYSA players in need, but we do have a limited supply available now. If your player is in need of cleats, please email us and our team can try to help.
PLAYER FIND YOUR TEAM
This is a NEW portal to help quickly distribute essential team information. Information is subject to change based on last minute player or league needs. Official rosters will be sent to coaches 2-3 days after the Coach Equipment Pick-up. Coaches are responsible for contacting and connecting with their team.
**Please reach out to your friends and/or former teammates if you want to know about specific players being on your team.
