PYSA could not function without our volunteer Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and League Commissioners. Thank you for all that you do!
Note for Coaches: Please attend the Coaches Meeting at the beginning of the season. This is where you will receive your team roster, schedule, equipment and additional information for the upcoming season.
Your League Commissioner is here to help you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns that you may have during the season. They will be contacting you as well and passing on information to you as the season progresses.
Every Head Coach and Assistant Coach are required to complete the following four compliance trainings before the first practice and/or game. This is not only for the safety of the coach, but especially for the players.
1. Background Check — required every calendar year
A requirement from our soccer parent company, SAY Soccer. Please fill out the “Volunteer” background screen form. Keep record of your six digit Background Check Confirmation Number. (Approx. 5 min)
2. Lindsay’s Law — required every season
A mandatory Ohio law. Please watch the video and read the following two page document. Additional information can be found on the Ohio Department of Health website. (Approx. 10 min)
3. SAY Soccer Risk Management — required every season
A requirement from our soccer parent company, SAY Soccer. Please read the six-page document. (Approx. 20 min)
4. Concussion Training — required every 3 years

Save your Certificate of Completion as a PDF and keep record of the season and year you complete the training. (Approx. 1 hour)
Once all four compliance items have been completed, please record and submit your Proof of Compliance:
